Received email about upgrade. When upgrading, Orbi app says no upgrade available though it is needed. No reply from Netgear after writing them. Any clue about how to get the update to work. Have 1 satellite
Yes, manually download the FW files and unpack the .zip file and use the RBS and RBRs web page using a wired PC and web browser to send the FW files.
RBS first then RBR lastly. Power OFF the RBR ane RBS for 30 seconds after the FW file is sent and processed by each unit.
