New Xfinity 1200mbps service with Motorola MB8611 Modem - Only Getting 650mbps in ORbi app on RBR750

There currently is a known problem with the onboard speed test app showing inaccurate speed results. NG is aware of tihs.
Use a external speedtest app like ooklas installable speed test app on a wired PC. You should see near 900mpbs on the wire.
Your iphone speeds are to spec for that device.
A couple things.
1. you won't hit gigabit speeds over wireless.
2. the built in speedtest isn't accurate over 400-500mbps because it rarely chooses the fastest server. so try hardwiring in a pc/laptop and testing the speeds.
3. You're posting in the pro-gamer forum (xr300/xr450/xr500/xr700/xr1000) and not the orbi AX forum. If there's issues, you'd have better luck in the proper forum.
