There currently is a known problem with the onboard speed test app showing inaccurate speed results. NG is aware of tihs.
Use a external speedtest app like ooklas installable speed test app on a wired PC. You should see near 900mpbs on the wire.
Your iphone speeds are to spec for that device.

Orbi is connected to modem with cat6 cable.
To clarify the speed I am seeing is from the Orbi app, testing speed from router to modem to internet. How do I get this to show the actual speed coming in at the cable, which is 1200+ according to the Xfinity technicians test.
Incidentally testing from my iphone 11 over Wi-Fi shows 650-750mbps download and 40+ upload.
