No devices connected through RBS750

Is the RBS directly connected to the CBR or is there a LAN switch in the middle?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi With Cable Modem products:

Thank you.The RBS is connected to the CBR via the wifi backhaul (it's physically in my kitchen, whereas my CBR sits in my laundry room on the floor above. I have a LAN switch connected to the CBR directly, but nothing is connected via ethernet to the RBS.
My home size is just under 2k ft sq.
CBR and RBS are separated by being at the furthest 2 ends of the house (I'd say at lest 20-30ft) + they're separated by an entire floor.
I will try lowering transmit power of the CBR.
I don't perceive this to be an issue with the CBR; every device that connects to it works flawlessly. This exclusively an issue with devices preferring the CBR over the RBS regardless of range/signal strength, and so my first instinct was to at a minimum perform a reset on the RBS and reassociate with the network. I can't even do that effectively.
