No internet with spectrum and rbr750
After almost 2 years of use my orbi wont connect through my spectrum modem. New modem installed and replaced orbi and new computer. Internet on a tp-link modem works.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.I have reset both the router and modem at least 20 times. I got the modem replaced, as well as the Orbi being replaced by Netgear. I even thought it was my computer and got a new computer. It worked for about 1 day and then started to block the internet connection again with messages about the DNS and not being able to connect to the internet. It is just the Orbi because I am using a TP router and it is working. I have gone through Orbi tech support and they did all kinds of things that worked for a short time and then stopped working. Firmware V4.6.9.11. Orbi tech updated it to the most recent version. ISP is Spectrum and modem is Hilton Technologies DOCSIS 3.1 eMTA EN2251.

Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK when this happens?
System is behind on FW as well:
Hitron isn't the best modem out there. But if a different brand router is working, then something between the ISP modem and RBR isn't working.
