"No Internet"
Good Day,
I have an ORBI RBRE960 installed. Things seem to have been fine up until a few days ago. Windows 10 pc current and up to date, Gigabyte ethernet adapter, started showing NO INTERNET ACCESS but I am able to access the web and all common places. I show connected to my network but NO INTERNET ACCESS displays on the network status in Windows. Windows troubleshooting wants to reset the adapter and of course, that does not work. I replaced the adapter to see if it was a hardware failure and the new adapter is getting the same result. I can install a wireless usb adapter that installs, connects, and has no errors on that adapter at all. Seems wired connections are only affected.
I have pulled the power on my provider's router in hopes of flushing dns and any other cache. That di not seem to help.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Check other wired devices or PCs to see if they have same problem as well.
Is the adapter connected to the 1Gb LAN port or 2.5Gb port?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
