I have the RBR850 and RBS850. Unsure of firmware, but I check once a month manually and check for update, so it should be relatively up to date.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser at HTTP 192.168.1.1. Don't use Orbi app.

I get that factory resets help, but for the record, this is the 3rd time in the last year or so that I’ve had to reset my modem for random issues.
Does Netgear have any clue what causes these random issues and requires resetting of my router?
