No longer able to connect to router via IP address in browser

I have the same problem.     I have an RBR850 Firmware: V4.6.3.16_2.0.51

Factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser at HTTP 192.168.1.1. Don't use Orbi app.
