Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
What browser are you using? Try a different browser? MS Edge or Firefox or Opera?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches.

This is a business. I can't disconnect everything and everyone and shut the whole network down.

Was RBS updated prior to the RBR being updated?
Business or not, sometimes steps need to be taken to troubleshoot. Do it after business hours.
Not sure I'd be using a home class router system in a business of that size. Not really designed for business or that size of business.
If power cycling doesn't return the connected devices, a factory reset and setup from scratch maybe needed:
Should have a backup configuration on file as well to help save time if and when factory resets maybe needed:

Wow that could be anything, even a virus on the network. Is the second RBR interfering somehow? Is there an IP address duplicate? Have you tried accessing the RBR web page from another computer or phone/tablet? Can you access the other Satellites and/or AP by IP? I would definitely do some after-hours work - if none of those suggestions fixed it, I would try powering down the other router/AP and see if it clears up. If you have time and it's not too unwieldily I would power down everything, then power up just the main router and modem, and see if it works. Then start bringing things online.
All that said, I would definitely power cycle after hours, you would be amazed how much that fixes that even reboots do not.

It seems that the secondary RBR that is in AP mode and has a combination cat5 and fiber optic backhaul to the primary RBR and the RBSs behind it are less troublesome. I can reach the two RBRs and the RBSs individually by IP from any pc or my cell phone. I have power cycled remotely in the middle of the night with my cell phone and have come in on Saturday one time, but when I came in on Saturday, I could see the attached devices on the browser-based manager. (This made me think that the management console is prioritized lower than the client's internet traffic.)
PS. I can always see the attached devices on my cell phone app.
PSS. I would love to see a network map in the browser-based management GUI similar to the cell phone app.

Most of the RBS were updated before the RBR. I discovered after the fact that I had skipped one and had to update that one RBS after the RBR.
I did come in on a Saturday and had much better luck viewing the attached devices on the browser-based management. That brought me to the conclusion that user network traffic must be prioritized over network monitoring or management, and I must be reaching the outer limits of this equipment capabilities. (This was somewhat anticipated)
This equipment was only put in place to allow business to continue while the primary network is being repaired due to an outage. (New ISP fiber optic broadband and new equipment running alongside the primary network.)
I didn't mention before that half of the wired backhauls are fiber optic, due to the distances that are being covered.
