No Option Available To Setup IoT Network on Orbi AX6000 RBR850 Router

What firmware is on this RBR850?
The IoT WiFi network was introduced with firmware 7.2.6.21 in August, 2023. Please be aware that there have been a number of discussions on the forum regarding whether 7.2.6.21 remains a "better choice" than the latest firmware, 7.2.6.31 which was released in April, 2024.

- Thank you very much for all the info. Manually updated firmware on the router because orbi app kept saying it was up to date and it seems to have solved my issues.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
