NO satellites and NO devices ever load on the web GUI
I am having exactly the same problem. Has been working without issue. However now, NO satellites and NO devices ever load on the web GUI. No issues seeing devices from the phone app.

This Orbi is also in Access Point mode?
Are there any switches involved in the network? (especially between the Internet Service Provider (ISP) device and the Orbi router?
It appears to be on a different firmware version than the Orbi in the previous discussion. v7.2.6.21 was released for the 850 product in September, 2023.

Although it is not clear that the problem is related to the firmware release, one of the first suggestions when someone is having a problem is, "update the firmware. it is not efficient to discuss what may (or may not) be going on with older firmware."

Since the phone app correctly shows all the connected devices in the router, that rules out any hardware that could prevent the devices from displaying correctly in the GUI. Issue is the web page fails to load the content for the connected devices. All other areas in the GUI displays as it should.
Thanks for the rapid response. Most of the time, the web interface is correct and the Orbi 'app' does not display correct information. This is sort of "a new one".
The router has been restarted? (not Factory Reset, just restarted?)
One technique that has worked for me in the past is a Fast Factory Reset. i.e.
- Save a copy of the configuration to a computer using the Advanced Tab, Administration Menu, Backup Settings.
- Get out the trusty paperclip and follow the instructions on performing a Factory Reset.
- After this process, the router will have erased all user configuration. The WiFi credentials will be what is printed on the product label.
- Use a computer connected to the router to open the web administration, which will display a Welcome Message and urge (almost browbeat) you to use the Orbi 'app' to set up the router. Ignore this. Go to the bottom of the screen and find the link in tiny, almost invisible print that says, "I do not have a smartphone." Click that.
- This will take you through the process of setting up the router.
- Ignore any offers to register the router, set up the WiFi, install Armor or Smart Parental Controls, etc. etc. and keep going until you reach a page that offers two choices:
- Load a saved configuration, or
- Continue with a manual setup.
- Choose to load that saved configuration from your computer.
- After it loads, the router will reboot and , "voila" all user settings return. WiFi credentials, web password, every setting will be back.
- This entire process can be done in 10 minutes. (I take longer because I am paranoid.)
- There is a chance that whatever was causing the web interface to fail will have been cleared out.
If not, then I would save screen shots of every setup page and do a Factory Reset from scratch.
p.s. updating the firmware to the new version would not be a totally bad idea.
What model RBR and RBS do you have?
Does this happen with different browsers? Try MS Edge, Firefox and Opera.
