Obri 850 - Attached Devices Doesn't Work
I have an RBR850 with three satellites. When I go to the attached devices page from the web interface, the connected satellites, devices and VPN device lists are all empty. There are plenty of devices connected, and if you inspect the network traffic the page does receive the list of devices, but it never displays them on the page

What browser are you using? Try a different browser?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Finally, a positive benefit from accessing the Orbi web interface with http (unencrypted) rather than https (encrypted). Can see the browser downloading all those CSS and Javascript files, the graphics for device types and connection types.
I agree that is a good idea to erase browser cache and try different web browsers to ensure that there is nothing wrong on the computer side. Would not hurt to try using https to verify that it has the same results. (The router is listening for both http and https connections unless the user has enabled the option to force all access through https.)
If it's not the browser, the only option left for the user would be to reload the firmware and do a Factory Reset. This is not horribly time-consuming if the configuration is saved. Then, after the Factory Reset, ignore all efforts to input any configuration until you reach the page that offers an option to "Reload Saved Configuration". That will restore all settings.
p.s. The Orbi 'app' uses a different mechanism to gather information about the configuration from the router. Have you noticed if the 'app' appears to work correctly?
