OfficeJet 9025e Will not connect to Mesh Network....Help!

I currently have an RBS750 Mesh router and HP told me that my OfficeJet 9025e printer would not connect to a Mesh Network.  Were they right or can I make this work somehow?  Please Help!

Please contact the mfr of this printer for help and informatiion regarding there product. Review the installation guides and user manuals for the printer. Be sure the printers FW is up to date. 

 

Use it's LAN port to connect to the Orbi system.
