One Windows 10 Computer Can't See/Connect to Orbi Network
My laptop will recognize my neighbors' wifi networks but not my Orbi RBR750. I already uninstalled and reinstalled my Intel AC-7265 driver and restarted my laptop but that did not change anything. ...
Before I do that, will that decrease the speed of my WiFi connection? I am also using two desktops, 3 smartphones, and 2 iPads on this WiFi network.

I don't think it will make any noticeable speed difference. It is also only changing the 2.4Ghz connection whereas many of your more modern devices are probably using 5Ghz. Furthermore, this is first a test to see if this will fix your connectivity issue and completely reversible (just restore the old settings).
