Online Firmware Update

Actually RBR850, i go to check for firmware update and receive service unavailable.&nbsp; Any thoughts on why or steps to resolve.

Same here. Probably NG services. Happens once in a while. You might contact NG support to inform them about this.Blanca_O&nbsp;

Yep, it is still down. It's quite annoying that it happens often. Netgear can't even keep it up well. :(
