Option Orange DHCP dans RBR750

No, it is straight out of the box.

The issue is not with DNS but with the ability to use some options in the "ISP requires login" functionality.

There is PPPOE and other standard options, but the two "Orange" options are not available.

Can you please explain what "two Orange Options" do you mean?

For connecting to Orange network in France, using only the ONT, there is apparently the option in Orbi systems for configuration using PPPOE or DHCP (See attached picture). It is reference in multiple posts on this forum.
It is not available on mine.

  I see, seems then that you should use special firmware for Orange. What is the version of your firmware currently?

    Others didn't mention a special version of the firmware.
    Orange options are in the web page source coded but are commented out.
    Was wondering if that's some sort of check based on the country code, and mine, coming from Amazon, does not have the right one.
    A bit upset as I selected this model exactly for this option 😕

  I understand that you are having issues setting up your RBR750 to your ISP.
  
  Please try to following steps to resolve this issue:
  First, Set the DNS to automatic.
  Then, navigate to ADVANCED>Advanced Setup> IPv6> then change the internet connection type to DHCP.
