Depending on placemennt and configuration of the RBS from the RBR. Wireless or wired would work. I have a Mac Book Pro 2018 and it works wirelessly fine, thought I don't do a lot of file xfers. I occasionally get OSX installation files from the cloud and send off to my NAS. WIreless xfers go fairly fast. It usually takes about 10 minutes or less for 9-12gb over wireless. Though not in a hurry either. I'm mostly mobile with my mac book so wired isn't practical. Wired is always more stable than wireless.
