Orbi 350 keeps dropping off

Mobile app version 2.18.1.3
Modem: NF1BACV Slingshot
Sq ft: 1,722 (2 storey home, not open plan)
Distance b/w satellite: yes over 30ft
Channels: auto
Wi-Fi neighbours: yes. Tested on iPhone, can see 1 other network. Wi-Fi scanner can see about 9
No. Have not done a power sequence. Will try.
Devices: iPhone 13, iPhone 11, iMac 2015 and MacBook
Also, is it normal that you can only see the internet and router icon on the network map?

You might want to bring the RBS closer to the RBR. Try at 30 feet or just a bit under?
Orbi app should the RBR and any connected RBS.
