Orbi 4.6.3.16 Firmware blocks apple servers

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Are you using IPv6?
Have you tried a different DNS provider? You can try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
If there's an issue after a firmware upgrade, one of the first things I try is a factory reset. Sometimes old settings can cause issues.
