Orbi 6Ghz Mesh data throughput is out of wack
I have a new Orbi 6Ghz mesh with 2 satellites, I have a 1 gig fiber circuit up and down. I have each of the satellites units and the router plugged up via the backhaul port to a netgear XS508M 8-Port...

I configured a 6Ghz only band for the computers to connect to which are 9 dell systems I upgraded from the Killer 5G m2 card to the intel AX210 6E 6Ghz M.2 card. I have 8 other Dell systems that I could only upgrade to the Netgear AC1900 usb3 untill a usb3 6E adapter comes out, I have 20 new yahlink tr54w office phones who are all using the 5Ghz band and of course my Zfold connects to the 6Ghz band most of the time, I dont think that option is fully inplace since it connects to 6ghz sometimes and sometimes it will only connect to the wifi6. But yeah I am going ot get with support , thanks for the reply đ

Wow. What a setup!
Samsung needs to revise their spec sheet on the Z-Fold 3.

They claim it has only

Note: This has absolutely nothing to do with the primary issue. With a 1G internet, modern 5G phones should get way more and those PC's with 6E adapters should be screaming.

Update:: on the speed issue with the Orbi 6E mesh Wi-Fi speeds on all frequencies. The speed issue was just escalated to level 2 support which can take 24 hours-so far its been 19 hours. Well we went to best buy and purchased another Orbi 6G mesh kit, I configured the router and connected it to the data provider router and it was having the exact same problems, the new router came fully updated, I took the new router to my house and configured for my 1 gig fiber and the damn thing still had the exact same problem, I tried about 15 different network cords then had a thought of downgrading the firmware to V6.0.3.82_3.1.9 , after the downgrade I tested Wi-Fi and the problems hadn't changed , I pulled the power and rebooted - still had the problems , I then hit the button to reset to factory default and when it came up all the Wi-Fi channels were pumping out some serious bandwidth, I believe it is now fixed but I will need to bring it to the facility, downgrade the 2 satellites and then test and see what the Wi-Fi looks like. I will report back when done. Once you downgrade the router firmware you need to also reset it back to factory defaults.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
So you had been using v.85 FW version before downgrading to v.82?

It is a Cisco unit, I have never seen one like this. So units semed to be pretty fast for a little bit until the router semed to auto update the new firmware then it was crawling again,,, So we actually purchased a 2 year support plan wiht out units which was a huge wast of money seeing how Netgear support is ghosting us, hanging up, not returning the call at all after they just got done saying we wil call you back in 5 min if we get dissconected.... Does Netgear have any american support for Orbi, the Indian support group they have is trash. Anyway I went out and purchased another orbi kit and set it up - it came with the newest firmware already and drum roll please:))))))))))))))))))) same damn problemns as the otherone. Here is the kicker... I just notices 2 of the most recent firmwares were deleted today I believe. Ima thinking I just found the reason for my problems...
