My orbi 750 remote access showing router offline and satellite is online

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Is this on the RBRs web page or Orbi app?

     

    What mobile devices are you using?
