Orbi 850 and Plex issues
Hi so i recently switched to the Netgear Mesh system Orbi 850 fw 4.6.14.3 from my standard Cogeco setup. The issues I'm having is that plex has a constant buffering issue when playing 4k movies. ...
There is new firmware for the 850 product:

I do not have an idea whether this will address the issue, but the first advice on the forum is often, "update the firmware to the latest" so it is probably a good idea.
New systems come with 90 days of 'complimentary support'. I did not come to the forum until my Orbi was a couple of years old, and thus never got to experience how Netgear supports new customers. There is a link on the product reservation page to open a support case. (I also do not know if Canadians get the same support.)
How are the devices experiencing streaming issues connected to the network?
- Wired? WiFi?
- To the main router? one of the satellites?

As of right now i have removed the satellites, as i initially thought this might have been the issue. It wasnt.
Also when i did the initial setup it updated (so it said). I just tried auto update but says failed every time.
The issue is weird and wireless. I remove the orbi and use my old cogeco router and works flawlessly.
Let me update to the latest, which ill have to do manually, and give you an update.
