Orbi 850 and Plex issues

Ok so update time!
The support team could not resolve my issue, was probably not the best support i've ever had.
They set my NAT to Open, change my dns server and then said give it 24hrs and see if it worked.
It did not work. So i'll just be returning the RBR 850 for a refund.
