Searched for "BTTV Box error IPC6339" and found a number of discussions. This one mentions IGMP. (This was talking about a Ubiquiti router, but IGMP seems to be the topic.)

If other apps on the BTTV box work correctly, do they provide access to the same programming?
Enabled in router but still doesn’t work. No idea how to specify a vlan port but note there are a few for French TV etc
