One more data point. I had a mini-wifi AccessPoint plugged into the satellite because I needed to broadcast an SSID at 24GHz only for a wifi thermostat. It's default network was 192.168.10.1. I unplugged it and power cycled the satellite and it came up and connected wirelessly. Problem solved. The AP was, no doubt, acting as a DHCP server on both ethernet connections and the ORBI picked it up and ran with it, perhaps after a power glitch/reboot.

I agree. I did this a few minutes after my previous message in case I needed to reset everything. I think I will do it periodically after any configuration change.
