I purchased a Orbi RBK 852 sometime ago. However, the voltage adapter can only be used at 100v. I have an another Netgear router comes with a free voltage adapter, so I'm not sure why this is the only one. I am wondering if NETGEAR can replace the 100v adapter with a free voltage one.
