Orbi 860 router, multiple satellites.

Weird, I have a similar issue.

Orbi 860 router, multiple satellites.

Only realised I couldn't log-on as some of my (UK) Sky TV Q mini boxes wouldn't connect this morning (all other wifi / devices were fine). Tried to connect to the router via orbilogin.net and 192.168.1.1 , using multiple devices (both wired and wifi) and multiple browsers.

Rebooted the Orbi system, solved the Sky TV issue and all other devices and internet are working fine but still can't log into the router.

Oddly I can log into the satellites using 192.168.1.X etc

Did you ever resolve your issue?

Nick

Happen to know what FW version# is seen on the RBS web page?

If the web ui and orbi app are not getting connected to the RBR, you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch.

Press the reset button in back of the RBS for 15 seconds then release then do same thing for the RBR. Give about 5 minutes for the RBS to auto connect to the RBRs default network before you start the setup routine.

Set up the system using a ethernet PC and web browser:

FW may need to be updated...
