ORBI 960 no 2.4GHZ internet.

I have a system of 3 Satellites and 1 router of ORBI 960, FW: V6.0.3.85_3.1.15. I tried to turn on the IOT network with 2.4ghz only. The system broadcast the SSID, and I can connect to it, however, w...

Yes I already did all the above, and contacted Orbi. No solution. They have been escalated to engineers level, but I never hear back.
