Orbi 960

I installed my Orbi 960 today with 1 Satellite.  I thought that I had everything working but two TVs cannot connect to any applications (Amazon, Netflix, Apple, etc).  Most of the TVs in my house are operating just fine with the 960.  However, an LG GX would not connect to applications and when I tried using their web browser it stated that router's access control was blocking me.  I tried unplugging the TV for 30 minutes, disconnecting from the network, reconnecting etc all to no avail.

 

The second TV is a SONY A95K (2022 model) and it says that's it connected to the Orbi Network but that there is no Internet access (so again, cannot connect to any of Apps).

 

I downloaded the 160 page manual and it states:

 

To set up access control:
1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your
Orbi network.
2. Enter orbilogin.com.
A login window opens.
3. Enter the admin user name and password.
The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time
that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Select ADVANCED > Security > Access Control.
The Access Control page displays.

 

But the only thing that I can do at orbilogin.com is to change to Administrator Password.  That's it. The above is incorrect.

 

I do not have Parental Controls turned on and I have tried many times both with Netgear Armor turned on and turned off.  Makes no difference. Device Manager confirms that the TVs are connected to the Orbi Network.  I've also tried with and without the Satellite's being turned on.  I've run out of ideas, other than to package up the router and satellite to return to Netgear.

 

BTW, there is a smaller LG GX in the bedroom that is further from the router and it is working just fine. 

 

I can't find a way to get to an Access Control screen, since the instructions in the manual don't work.  So stuck.

 

Any solutions?
