Orbi 963 drop out Wisa Bang & Olufsen

I have Bang & Olufsen and Beolab 18 and 19 connecting with transmitter 1 and Beoconnect Core. They drop out when I use my Orbi 963 system. I guess it has to do with the 5ghz network,. Is there any solution?

Except this the Orbi 963 is fantastic. But this needs to be fixed.

Thanks!

If you read the forums, the beolab wisa are known for dropping.

considering the price of those speakers, I'd be checking with B&O on them

Well we really don't have a whole lot of info other than they drop.

        1. what firmware is on the router and the satellites?

        2. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?

        3. You said you have 1 transmitter? Do the speakers connect to the transmitter, the speakers to the wifi and then the transmitter, or what exactly is this setup?

        4. Did you check on the orbi to see if the connected device is connected to 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

        5. are they connected to the satellites or the primary router?

        6. Are the satellites hardwired in? using the wireless backhaul?

        7. does this happen to any other device?
