Orbi Airprint problems with Epson ET-2650
Hi, I was using my Epson ET-2650 with other Wifi system (Non NetGear) during the last 2 years without any issue. Recently I migrated to Orbi (RBKE963). Printer is visible during a few minutes aft...

I had also problems with my SONOS system and I restart the Orbi router. After that, all started to work again and it has worked for 4 days, but now printer is offline again from my computers and I can not print.

What security mode do you have set on the RBR? Mixed WPA2/WPA3 or just WPA2 and AES only?
Is the printers FW up to date from the Mfr?
As a alternative suggestion, you might want to find you a compatible USB to Ethernet print services device that you can directly connect the printer using wired method instead of using wireless if the wireless can't be resolve here.

Abel,
Sorry for the delay in responding back. Am away from home on vacation and trying to stay off the computer as much as possible.
Still trying to figure out if it is an Airprint issue, a printer issue, or a network issue - which is why I asked if the printer still showed up as a connected device on the network. Are ALL of your machines connected via AirPrint or do you have some not connected that way? If there is a mix, hopefully we can identify if it is an AirPrint or AirPrint and 960 combination issue by seeing if non-Airprint mode works.
Additionally, some printers turn themselves off or go into sleep mode after a while - but usually "wake themselves up if something tries to print to them" - or at least the Epson printers I have use, connected via Windows - do so. If yours is not waking up - it may be a setting. If this is the issue - turning off and back on would reconnect to the network.
There was another user the other day that posted issues with AirPrint and the 960 series - so it actually could be something related to AirPrint and the 960 itself. If it is this - then it most likely needs to go to engineers - it's not something the User Community can resolve (which this is).

I have a mixed security Mixed WPA2/WPA3 and the firmware is the latest version.
USB is not an option, due to in my home printing is sent from different devices.

Hi TC_in_Montana ,
First of all thanks for your answers.
My printer has been working without any issue during more than 2 years in a Mesh network from Ubiquiti. I think the printer is not the problem.
I already contacted with support team and I'm waiting an answer.
Best Regards,
Abel

I would talk to the Support team about mixed mode WPA2/3. There are some known issues with some devices not handling the differences between WPA2 and WPA3 while mixed mode. I have R7800 that when it's in wireless bridge mode, won't connect to the 9 series if mixed mode is set. Unfortunately, there isn't a WPA2 only mode that you can set on the 9 series. There is a WPA2 only mode on the guest network. Would be a good test to connect the printer to the guest network and set WPA2 only and see if the printer maintains connection.
USB to ethernet will still work as a option. This only changes the connection method from wireless between the printer and router. Wireless devices will still see the printer thru the wired connection.

FURRYe38, printer is always accesible by local web, for this reason I think it's not a problem with WPA2 or WPA3.
About USB, I read it wrong. I agree with you but I don't want to spend more money. Especially when the printer has been working with another router during more than 2 years.
