Orbi app and admin not showing all online devices
I've noticed recently that when I check online devices on both the Orbi app and the admin access website, it's not showing various devices as online when I know for a fact they are. Such as the deskt...
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
No. I'd hoped I woulnd't have to do that after a simple update. Is that the best thing to try?
For now yes. I would use a wired Pc and web browser to set up the RBR. You can leave the RBS OFF while you reset the RBR. Just use same SSID name and password.

Thanks. It'll be a hassle due to an update but I'll give it a shot. I've just noticed on the admin website that one of my satalites doesn't have a model name when I check for updates on the advanced admin section. It was there before but I can't see how to add it back in. May that be causes an issue?
This is what I mean: 1st imagines shows how it is under "attahced devices" list. 2nd is how it shows in the firmware update section.
