ORBI AX 4200 RBK753 router not booting after power outage

I hope Furry can help!! I reset my router to factory settings (used the paperclip for 30 seconds until the light turned orange) unplugged and replugged. The white light is pulsing on and off, which I am assuming it means its trying to reboot but can not. The ip address does show up in my settings on my computer but it takes a while for it to pop up (several minutes). Do you have ANY Suggestions!!! I have spoken to customer support pro and my situation has been escalated multiple times since Sunday. I just purchased an entire new system from best buy but REALLY don't want to have to use it!!

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    20 second press and release of the reset button will do a factory reset on the RBR. Setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1...
