What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How is the RBS wired to the RBR? Directly to the back or is there a switch?
Do other devices experience same problems from the remote buiding?
Be sure to test out the wired connection with a laptop of possible from the remote building.
You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information about IPv6 and such.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

- DARIAN725Apr 21, 2021AspirantFirmware version 3.2.18.1
Modem is my own, Nighthawk CM1200 Docis 3.1 Multi-gig
Both RBS’s are straight to the back of the RBR, no switch.
Other devices in the metal building also connect and disconnect as well, I have 2 cameras in the building, one is wired, the other is Wi-Fi and it does drop and reconnect several times daily.
I will take my laptop to the building tomorrow, and checked the wired connection as instructed.
I will contact my isp in the morning as well.
I have a Klein tools tester, I will check on the cable coming into the house.
Only 1
Splitter from the ISP, no junk.
Thank you for time and advice!- FURRYe38Apr 21, 2021Guru
Might swap RBS around as well to see if the problem follows or not.
