Orbi AX1800

This along with satellites has worked fine till now its difficult to connect through Orbi app and when I do there is wifi but no internet. I have tried everything  - factory reset, different cables, modem on/off etc etc, but still no wifi. Very frustrating, any one help?

    aX1800 is a number used by marketing.  What is the actual product number printed on the label on the bottom of the router?
