What speeds do you pay for for both upstream and downstream.
A lot of people find their downstream speeds are fine but have low upstream.
also, many video conference apps (zoom, etc) have a built in speed/quality test. Try running that.
What modem/gateway are you connected to?
I have 250 down and 50 up which is very reliable - its also for sure not the internet speed as it works perfectly fine when connected by cable. Its really the problem that the whole computer loses the connection to the wireless network and is reconnecting - so I rather see it as a wireless problem (so of the Orbis) than of my internet connection.
Are you using wpa3? (try wpa2)
Also, is ipv6 enabled?
Have you tried disabling sip alg? and then rebooting.
