"Wired connected speed to one of satellites is 170.84 ; 36.78; 8 .  Satellite is 75 feet away from router; upstairs, in office." Can you move the RBS closer to the RBR? Say 55-60feet?

I gave that a try and no noticeable change. Still within the same ranges.
