The wireless router to satellites are about ~43 feet apart with power settings at 50%. My other wireless AP is about the same distance at different locations on 5 GHz, 80 MHz, so there is no overlapping. Even with lower power settings, it does not negate my neighbors' broadcast strength and configurations for interference. The AP's are hardwired to the main router. Something to consider, is trying 25% power with the option for 20/40 MHz enabled, but I don't think it would work as I can see 7 other wireless routers from my home.

So you have two wifi systems running at the same time?
What FW version do you have loaded on the Orbi system?
What channels are you using one each system?

Yes, I have 2 AP's running on two separate vlans. I'm running on the latest available firmware, V4.6.8.2_2.1.9 on the Orbi. The other AP is running strictly on 5 GHz band using 80 MHz bandwidth. I've been stable on the router for over 10 days now with 20/40 coexistence disabled, but stability does come at a cost of speed on 20 MHz. Just for kicks I've enabling 20/40 coexist at 25% power on the 2.4 GHz band & 50% power on the 5 GHz band. The Orbi does not have any available options for the bandwidth for 5 GHz.

The latest firmware is v4.6.9.11, among other things it solves issues with random restarts, you might want to try it. I have this firmware on all my Orbi's. https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/New-RBR750-RBS750-Firmware-Version-4-6-9-11-Released/m-p/2252422#M37353

Update was released on 8/22/2022. Today is 8/30/2022 and the Orbi does not say there is a new update. Saw the reports on the forum of reduced through puts & I'm wondering if it has to do with them disabling 40 MHz in saturated locations. As stated, 40 MHz creates unavoidable interference.
No harm in trying the new firmware. Saw a bit of downtime on the guest wifi on the Orbi this morning & I'll chock it up as insignificant on 20/40 coexhistence enabled at 25% power. I still recommend disabling this option is you are having reboot/freeze issues or frequent wifi downtime. I'll report back with additional testing on the 4.6.9.11 firmware.
