Orbi BRB750
Purchased an Orbi RBR750 about a year ago and it has worked perfectly until about a month ago. The router will not connect to my 2 satellites and the Company support is not available. Tried a factory reset, the firmware is up to date and NetGear support is non-existent.
The product is a piece of crap without support and I have placed it in the trash.
I would recommend no one purchase NetGear's products.

1. what firmware is on the router and on the satellites?
2. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?3. did you try hardwiring the satellites into the router and re-syncing them?

Firmware V4.6.5.14 on the router - since the satellites not syncing not sure. I did do a factory reset on both router and satellites.
Modem: Verizon - Fios G1100 router
Tried hardwiring router to satellites still will not sync.

When they're hardwired into the router, what happens with them? (in terms of led's flashing, etc)
If you leave them plugged in and powered on (reset the satellites as well first) for around 10 minutes, then does it let them sync hardwired?
