I would try another power adapter to see if maybe the one you have was taken out by the storm. Often when this happens during storms, the power adapters are first to go.
If you have a power diagnostic meter you can test the tip of your power adapter while plugged in to see if you see any volts at the tip.

Good morning! I've purchased a power supply from Amazon but found out that it had the wrong port connector -male, we needed the female. It had the same output 19V 3.16A. So I am returning this later on.
Opting to find one in BestBuy in-store for accuracy and assistance from the employees. If not available, I'll search again in Amazon with looking closely at the correct description.
