My system just randomly started working. I assume something was up on the Xfinity side. Sorry I don't have any details, I honestly have no idea why it started working.

I would presume the ISP had done someting on there side. Most of the time this is a ISP signal issue. If the signals and configuration are not done well or with in specs on the ISP side, makes it hard for ANY modem to work right.

Is there anything I can do to verify isp signal problem? Xfinity has been here several times verifying the signal. Interestingly enough once I connect my older cbr (docsis 3.0) it works fine no disconnects no issues... help
