And I am back to manually releasing/renewing IP again. Same things as was described in the initial post.

Ive tried almost everything I can think of..
Plus i am a IT technician so if I cant figure it out im just left to assume we all purchased a **bleep** model orbi. This is my Rma that came shipped with a totally different firmware and im still having the same connection issues that everyone else describes, amazon is flooded with negative reviews on this model orbi as well.
My older Rbk docsis 3.0 orbi works completely fine with no issues on the same coax line.
Technically I shouldn't have to do or change any settings to get this new one to work stable, it should work as advertised just like it did when i first bought it 6 months or so ago.
We dont expect something to just stop working reliably after afew months of usage, especially from a company ive never had an issue with.
Is this new firmware gonna save my 600 dollar paperweight??
Sorry for the rant just so hard to believe there is no saving this extremely expensive setup!!
