ORBI firmware updated is not working

Can someone tell me why the automated ORBI firmware updated is not working?

My RBR750 has the version V4.6.5.14_2.0.54 installed. When I click “check for update” I get the message “No new Firmware Available”??

However, when checking https://kb.netgear.com/000064878/RBR750-RBS750-Firmware-Version-4-6-8-2 for the latest version it is RBR750-V4.6.8.5_2.1.9

So I downloaded the lates version, see link attached and tried to install it manually. I get the following message? “Uploading a firmware manually may cause incompatibility issues among Orbi devices. NETGEAR strongly suggests using Online Update to update your firmware?”

The question I have is, why is my Orbi RBR750 not updating automaticly?
