Orbi Guest Network randomly switches itself off.

Hi, 

 

I have enabled the Orbi Guest network at my business however it seems to just randomly stop working and I have to open the app and re-enable it and then it works fine again. Im not sure what could be causing this. the network works fine, its just the guest network feature that switches itself off.

    What model Orbi do you have? 

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 
    How many RBS are deployed? 
    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
