Orbi ha issues with SKY Q - is there a way to force 2.4GHz to specific device?
Hi, I have an ORBI RBK753 part of Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System AX4200.
Issue is that some devices, for example SKYQ or DUNEsolo4k, seems to have trouble to connect.
They, by default, connect to ORBI in 5ghz.
And this seems to create issues.
Infact I could, in SKYQ, forse the decoder to run in 2.4GHZ, and issue was solved.
But not every device has this option.
So I ask: is there a way to tell Orbi to FORCE one single device to 2.4Ghz, instead of connect to the 5GHZ when available?
I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find any option like this.
Someone has suggestions?

No. It's up to devices to pick and choose which frequency they prefer.
Only thing you might try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
