Orbi Internet connection issue
My Orbi RK852 router lost internet connection constantly for 5 sec 4 to 5 times a day after update to latest firmware V4.6.7.13_2.1.9 Which is really irritating now I am thinking to downgrade to prev...
How was the system updated? Autoupdate or by manual FW update?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Did you power cycle the ISP modem or ONT and RBR OFF for 1 minute or longer then back ON after the FW was updated?

For your questions, the firmware has been manually upgraded through the web page
I have tried all the solutions you suggested but unfortunately the issue still exists
The ONT is connected to the service Huawei EchoLife EG8040H5 modemTry a factory reset on the Orbi system and setup up from scratch. Power off the ONT for 1 minute then back ON. Complete the setup of the Orbi system.

This issue still exist I can't even complete one hour without losing internet for 5 & 7 seconds
It's realy bothering me me as I am working remotly this impacting my work flow and my performance .
Looking for better way to downgrade the FW to last solid version which was working fine
I am very disappointed and not satisfied with product
