Orbi Mesh System with BT Phone
I recently purchased the Orbi Wifi 6e system and I seem to have it all working perfectly my only issue I have ran into is because I switch the BT smart hub 2 with my Orbi router I no longer can get m...
I will have to look into the finer details tomorrow once I contact BT. For the time being would something like this solve it?

If I keep my Orbi connected to my modem as I have it right now, then run an ethernet cable into that gateway which I would then also connect my BT phone line into it would that also work? Just researching as I go at the moment.

My guess is "yes", but I have no idea if telephone numbers are portable in the UK the way they are in the US. This might require you to get a new phone number, which I doubt is attractive.

Believe this will fail because it will detect that the Hub 2 is not connected directly to the BT network. Certain should not hurt to try it.
