ORBI RBDE960 satellite not powering up

Hello

I have had tons of issues with my ORBI 960 - and this is just a new one.

All of a sudden my Orbi satellite won't start up - seems dead. Have not touched it for months!!

 

I tried my other satellite powers, plugs etc - nothing seems to work

I tried the reset button as well - no changes.

 

help!

    If you've swapped power adapters and such and the back power LEDs fails to turn ON, then the RBS is probably bad. You'll need to contact NG support to see what support options you have.
