Can Netgear powerline ethernet 1200 devices be connected to a network with the orbi system?

The short answer is, "Yes, of course."
The more nuanced response is that there are forums specifically for the Orbi AX product line:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-AX/bd-p/en-home-orbi-ax
and for the Powerline products:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Powerline-Networking/bd-p/home-powerline
People who participate in this forum typically have the WiFi5 "residential" Orbi system, not the RBK752 and very few of them use Powerline.
I, myself, have an expensive gigabit switch connected to my Orbi, and one port of the switch leads to a Powerline adapter. In three other places around the house, I have other Powerline adapters. Devices connected to all of them have internet and can communicate with each other. My Powerline is from TP-Link, but my understanding is that all Powerline adapters work pretty much the same.
So, my suggestion is (a) to post in the relevant community forums where people will have more experience, or (b) to give more explanation of the problem being addressed.
Sorry to rant on. It's late.
