Orbi RBK 753 Not Seeing Satellite, but Ethernet on Satellite works

Orbi Router and 2 Satellites Hardware RBR750 Firmware V4.6.5.14

I have rebooted all devices. I redid the sync with the two satellites. I have used the orbi website to check status and both satellites show "Disconnected" (the ios app does not show them). I tried multiple times to sync. They go through the process, get a solid blue line then the lights are off, but they do not connect (I moved them to a foot from the router and did not work).

I removed them via the web interface and tried to reset up. Now they do not even show up in the web interface after many syncs, factory reset on the satellites only. I have not factory reset the Router (yet).

The strange thing is I have a Phillips Hue hub plugged in one satellite and my son has his computer plugged into the ethernet on the other satellite and they both work perfect. So the satellites obviously have internet through the ethernet, but not the wifi.

Anything I need to try before the factory reset of the Router (was hoping to avoid as I have a trip and would rather not do that till I am back. I can see most of my devices and cameras.

They way I noticed was something in my garage had no connectivity via Wifi (has worked fine for 10 months). I have a Satellite near by. Rebooted the device and the satellite and the device will not see my wifi. My wifi is visible and available across my cul de sac, so the garage should see the main router without the satellite, but it does not. (though the satellite is closer).
